As an Associate Center Director, you will represent the Service Center/USCIS in conferences and meetings concerning program functions that establish guidance, procedures, decisions, and resource allocation which impact program operations. The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/14/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/14/2026. GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing all of the following duties: Managing administrative programs, activities, and operations. Overseeing and directing the development and maintenance of records, performance standards, and reporting data to ensure effective operations. Planning and directing office support programs or related functions in accordance with program objectives and established policies. Providing authoritative guidance to senior management officials on the resolution of administrative or logistical support issues.
