SharePoint Administrator

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our growing team. As a leading consulting engineering firm, we provide innovative and sustainable solutions to a wide range of clients in the commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. As the SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SharePoint platform. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our SharePoint environment and provide support to our users. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SharePoint solutions to meet the needs of our organization Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment, including installation, configuration, and upgrades Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows, forms, and templates Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues that arise Monitor and analyze SharePoint usage and performance, making recommendations for improvements Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint processes and procedures Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint developments and technologies, making recommendations for their implementation Train and educate users on SharePoint best practices and functionality Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and administration Experience with SharePoint 2013 or higher Knowledge of SharePoint security and permissions Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades is a plus Join our team and become a part of a dynamic and innovative company that values its employees and encourages professional growth.
