Impactful Early Learning Specialist & Home Visitor

New North Citizens' Council (NNCC) is seeking ParentChild+ Early Learning Specialist (ELS) / Home Visitor contractors to support families in the Springfield, MA area. The role focuses on home-based early learning activities, literacy development, and parent‑child engagement for toddlers aged 18–36 months.
Contractors will maintain a caseload of about 10 families, deliver two 30‑minute visits weekly, handle required documentation, and participate in weekly supervision and training.
