As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced kitchen, working closely with our Executive Chef to deliver high-quality dishes that delight our members. Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menu items that reflect current food trends.
- Inventory Management: Assist in ordering and managing inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste.
- Guest Service: Ensure that all meals are prepared and served with excellence, contributing to a memorable dining experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a full-service restaurant or sports bar.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
