Centene Corporation

Centene Corp. invites qualified candidates to join our Quality Care Member Advocate team in the Chicago area. The role focuses on closing care gaps through member outreach, home visits, and effective navigation of health and social services.

You will educate members on preventive care, assist with scheduling, and coordinate with providers to share quality data. The successful candidate has a Bachelor's in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or related field, plus 2+ years in community health or
