Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care and clinical support in a Level II trauma center.
• Manage patient ratios of 4:1 to 7:1 depending on acuity.
• Coordinate with available techs and unit clerks for optimal patient flow.
• Ensure all medical documentation is accurate using Cerner system.
• Participate in patient experience enhancement using AIDET protocols.
• Comply with scheduling requirements, including weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume ER setting required.
• Advanced certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before start.
• ENPC certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong teamwork mentality and flexible across all ED areas.
• Experience in Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke environments.
• Previous HCA experience preferred.
