Position Objective: Perform professional level duties to attract, screen, recruit, and select new employees for a variety of Federal clients in support of GAP Solutions, Inc.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for recruiting and staffing positions for headquarters and government clientsSource and identify qualified applicants; conduct preliminary qualification screens to identify applicants that meet the job requirementsPrequalify candidates in the interview process using up to date interview and recruitment methodologiesManage candidates through interview process and contract period, including but not limited to: Application, References, Background Checks, Interview Schedules, Meet & Greets, Offers, Onboarding, and Security Processing (as needed)Assist the business development team on new recruitment opportunitiesCreating pipeline of candidates to meet existing and upcoming needs.Maintain detailed candidate and requirement tracking/documentationConsult with Program Managers to identify clients’ technical skills needs and implement effective sourcing strategies to successfully place candidates; work with Program Managers to identify required core competencies to ensure successful long-term hiresDevelop and maintain network and relationships beneficial to recruitment goalsMaintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics, and ensuring compliance with OFCCP; works with Talent Acquisition team to ensure annual Affirmative Action Plan goals are metMaintenance of applicants and candidates in the ATS and proper processing of all applicant and new hire paperworkProvide communicative and professional information to candidates and program managers throughout the recruitment processContribute to recruitment process improvements and goalsParticipate in job fairs and trade shows as neededOther duties as may be assignedBasic Qualifications:High School DiplomaA minimum of three years of experience in a recruiting capacity.
