Job Description:

EDU-AIDs is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School General Education Teacher to join our school client in Toledo, Ohio. The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, delivering engaging instruction, and supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of middle school students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons appropriate for middle school students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to school initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Teaching License appropriate for the middle school grade level or subject area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Experience working with middle school students preferred.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and student-centered learning.
