Night AuditorWeekend Night Auditor needed. If you are organized, reliable, and enjoy working independently, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accountsCheck in and check out guests efficiently while providing friendly and professional serviceMonitor hotel security and safety protocols during overnight hoursPrepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue summaries and occupancy reportsHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesyMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areaAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keepingCollaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issuesSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or accounting is preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skillsFlexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plusWe foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
