Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions securely Follow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office Suite Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
