Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Chicago Office (Arlington Heights, IL)
Position Status: Part-Time
Regular Work Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm, Mondays - Fridays (including non-paid 1 hour lunch break)
or 9am - 3pm, negotiable work time.
Salary: $18-20/h
Overview
* Customer Service
* Service Apartment Management
* General Administration Essential Job Duties
* Assist setting up utilities for our clients.
* Support clients who have issues with their housing.
* Follow up with clients who will have renewal contract in 90 days
* Update CRM and Excel spread sheet to manage client status.
* Coordinate seminars.
* Support clients to move into the property
* Communicate with new clients and give advice via phone or web conference.
* Negotiate with property owners on behalf of clients.
* Maintain good relationship with corporate clients.
* Manage the Service Apartment daily duties.
* Support other team members.
* Perform office administration duties as needed. * Other customer service care duties.* Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirements/Preferences: * Proficient in business level Japanese and English
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other basic computer skill
* Communication skill * Customer Service experience
