I need some one who is reliable as I’m looking to make this a permanent position.

I require a sitter from Monday to Friday, between 4:45 and 8 a.m. The sitter needs to drop my little one at school, an 8-minute drive away, thus reliable transportation is a must. My child will also need to be picked up after school, which ends at 5 p.m. I require someone who can pick her up at this time and bring her home, where she will need supervision until 7:30 p.m. The position is set to start on June 1st.
