Demonstrate exceptional adaptability by strategically allocating your time based on project demands, including dedicating focused efforts to critical system initiatives during peak periods. Contribute significantly to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining project integrity. Manage a dynamic workload that encompasses traditional project management responsibilities alongside vital system, technical, and administrative support, including meticulous system tracking and process workflow management. Serve as a system administrator for project management software, focusing on setup, configuration, and reporting functionalities to maximize team efficiency and project visibility. Collaborate closely with media teams to ensure all deliverables precisely meet specified requirements and standards. Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation initiatives, playing a key role in the strategic execution of impactful campaigns. What You'll Bring Proven experience in project management, specifically within a marketing environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain structure and adaptability within a fast-paced, evolving workplace. A strong capacity to provide technical and operational support, coupled with a deep understanding of system tracking and process workflows. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within defined scope. Superior problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation strategies. Proficiency in the setup, configuration, and reporting functions of project management software. Experience collaborating effectively with media teams to ensure files are delivered to precise specifications.
