Job Description
Review and identify outstanding claims with overdue payments. Initiate contact with clients via phone or email to discuss and resolve payment issues. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when dealing with clients. Monitor and update accounts receivable records to reflect payment status. Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to track and document client interactions. Follow up on payment commitments and document payment arrangements.
