Pacific Clinic
Pacific Clinics will be opening a high-intensity, community-based Adult Full Service Partnership (FSP) program for adults 18+ with serious mental illness. The program delivers recovery-oriented services in the community to stabilize individuals, reduce hospitalizations, prevent homelessness, and support long-term recovery and community integration. FSP ICM offers comprehensive services, either as a step-down from ACT or to avert ACT-level care for 144 individuals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Clinics
