Description
- Provide executiveoversightformultiplehealthcareconstructionprojects.
- Leadprojectteamstoensureprojectsaredeliveredsafely,onschedule,withinbudget,andtothehighestqualitystandards.
- Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithhealthcareclients,architects,engineers,andkeystakeholders.
- Overseeprojectfinancialperformance,forecasting,budgeting,andriskmanagement.
- Supportpreconstructionefforts,procurementstrategies,andcontractnegotiations.
- MentoranddevelopProjectManagersandOperationsstaff.
- Ensurecompliancewithhealthcarefacilitystandards,regulatoryrequirements,andcompanysafetyprograms.
Profile
- 10+ yearsofcommercialconstructionexperiencewithprogressiveleadershipresponsibility.
- Proven success managing large-scale healthcareconstructionprojectsforhospitals,medicalofficebuildings,outpatientcenters,surgicalfacilities,orspecialtyhealthcareenvironments.
- Strongunderstandingofhealthcareconstructionregulations,infectioncontrolrequirements,phasing,andoccupied - renovationenvironments.
- Demonstratedabilitytomanageprojectfinancials,operations,andclientrelationships.
- Excellentleadership,communication,andteam -buildingskills.
- Bachelor' sdegreeinConstructionManagement,Engineering,orarelatedfieldpreferred.
