Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote W2 contract with part time hours (20 per week). The hourly range is firm. Candidates MUST have previous/strong Asana skills. About the Role We’re seeking a hands‑on marketing operations professional to keep integrated campaigns organized, performance reporting current, and stakeholders aligned. This role combines marketing KPI reporting, budget tracking, recap development, and Asana workflow management. Key Responsibilities Marketing performance reporting Pull, organize, and track recurring marketing KPIs across channels, including engagement and conversion data via Asana . Maintain monthly Asana dashboards, gather context from channel owners, and flag meaningful trends or gaps. Track working dollars and incorporate financial updates into marketing reporting and plans. Turn performance data and campaign context into quarterly and campaign-specific recap decks for internal stakeholders. Campaign planning and storytelling Build and maintain campaign overview decks for innovation launches, seasonal campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. Develop quarterly storytelling guides that connect cultural moments, audience mindsets, campaign plans, and channel activity. Review agency content briefs and Email and SMS content mapping for alignment with broader marketing plans. Asana and project management Manage access to the Asana Creative Brief project and maintain clear task-status views. Help team members use subtask rules and workflow automations effectively. Lead weekly status meetings, guide the agenda, and keep owners, deadlines, and next steps clear. Cross-functional coordination Maintain the Marketing Calendar in Google Sheets and Google Slides. Meet regularly with channel owners to gather performance context, track financial updates, and align on upcoming work. Coordinate requests from teams including Sales and Innovation. Provide updates and reminders in weekly Social and Paid Media meetings. What We’re Looking For Hands‑on experience with marketing reporting, including recurring channel KPIs and performance dashboards in ASANA . Ability to interpret engagement and conversion data, add useful context, and present clear takeaways in decks. Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and working spend or media budget tracking. Strong Asana skills , including workflow management; experience with rules or automations is a plus. Confidence leading meetings, asking channel owners for needed information, and communicating concisely with stakeholders. Strong Google Sheets and Google Slides skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
