The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in health care corporate and transactional law, with experience providing strategic and practical legal counsel to health care professionals, medical practices, and other organizations within the health care industry.Candidates should have experience with transactional matters, general corporate law, and regulatory compliance. More senior attorneys are encouraged to apply.
