- Equitrac Office
- Xerox Device Manager
- Print Server Management
Scope of Work:
- Knowledge of Administration Windows Servers (2012 & 2016)
- Knowledge of Networking and Security (access controls, protocols, routing)
- Specific Printing Knowledge – starting but not limited to
- Configures and ensures proper functioning of Xerox MFDs (Multi-Functional Devices).
- Ensure print queues are functioning after maintenance, patching, updates
- Able to manage print queues (updating IPs, creating new ports, testing)
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
- Upgrade and replace software systems, firmware, and drivers
- Experienced and capable of managing print queues; clearing, rebuilding, and resetting.
- Install and reinstall software packages and updates on print servers and admin servers
- Administer and managing print management software – Kofax Equitrac
- Able to troubleshoot communication between the print servers and Equitrac
- Understanding of creating queues, embedded devices on Equitrac
- Install and reinstall software packages and updates on print servers and admin servers
- Responsible for maintaining various documents required to remote into printer end points, servers, and other infrastructure that support enterprise level print services.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
- Scripting experience – PowerShell, C# or any other.net programming language
- Document Standard Operation Procedures for all processes involved in the administration of the MFDs, Equitrac and XDM print servers.
- Conduct Training for onsite Office Service contractors and full-time employee leads on processes of administrating the MFD, Equitrac, and XDM print servers.
