Operations Manager – Zanesville, OH $18-$21/hour + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time We Staff Better is looking for a driven, competitive Operations Manager to lead our Zanesville location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership of a team, clear goals, and the ability to directly impact business results. What you'll own: Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable Drive weekly and monthly performance goals Manage day-to-day operations and priorities Build and maintain strong customer relationships Interview, select, and onboard new employees Solve problems quickly and keep the operation moving Track results and adjust when the numbers aren’t where they need to be Help grow the location and its customer base Management experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, operations, recruiting, or another fast-paced environment is welcome. Industry experience is not required.
