You will also provide leadership and training to sanitation team members.Sanitation Lead Job DutiesLead daily sanitation activities and ensure cleaning procedures are completed correctlyMonitor the preparation, handling, and proper use of cleaning chemicalsPerform sanitation inspections throughout the facility and address areas needing attentionConduct microbiological sampling and support food safety and sanitation requirementsTrain and support sanitation team members while monitoring performance, attendance, and daily responsibilitiesSanitation Lead Job Requirements1–3 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or food production environmentAt least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in Sanitation, Food Safety, or Quality AssuranceKnowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standardsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule based on production needsSchedule3rd Shift: 9:00 PM–5:30 AM. Schedule may include Monday–Sunday with 2 days off during the week.
