Phlebotomy Specialist
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Phlebotomy Specialist in Bloomington, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have experience with drawing blood, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional patient care. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The Phlebotomy Specialist will be responsible for collecting blood samples, labeling specimens, and ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed. Additionally, they will work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and assist with other clinical tasks as needed.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and certification as a Phlebotomy Technician. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
