Join our Easterseals NH team in Belmont NH as a Direct Support Associate, where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives.What You’ll Do:As a Day Program Direct Support Associate, you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as:Vocational tasksVolunteerismOutings and integrative community experiencesYour responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.Compensation: We have several openings between $19-$21/hrHours: full-time, benefit-eligible 30-35 hours/week, Monday - FridayWhat We’re Looking ForWe welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path.
