Production Lead-Weekend Shift (Day or Night) Location: Georgetown, TX Department: Production Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) About the Role CelLink is hiring multiple Production Leads to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the floor, guiding teams, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Production Leads provide day-to-day direction to operators, help keep work flowing, and act as a key link between the team and leadership. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring active engagement on the production floor throughout the shift. Schedule & Shift Information (Important) We operate on 12‑hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production. Training Period During initial onboarding and training, employees will be assigned to a standard 8‑hour shift schedule, which may include: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday) 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday) Post-Training Schedule After training, employees will transition to a 12‑hour shift schedule, which may include: Weekend Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekend Night: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Rotating schedule: Week 1: Friday – Monday (48 hours) Week 2: Friday – Sunday (36 hours) Schedules typically follow 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours). Compensation Base rate: $25.00 per hour Shift differentials offered for evening, night, and weekend schedules Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do Provide daily direction, support, and coordination for a team of production employees Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards Coordinate workflow, materials, and priorities to meet production targets Monitor production progress and elevate issues as needed Train and support team members, including new hires Reinforce standard work, safety procedures, and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment Ability to communicate clearly in English (required for safety and coordination) Ability to work in a physically active, fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of manufacturing experience Prior experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leader Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems Experience in high‑volume or shift‑based manufacturing Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus Key Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues Ability to lead by example and support team performance Clear communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Work Environment Active, floor‑based role with extended standing and walking Exposure to manufacturing conditions (noise, equipment, materials) PPE required and provided where applicable Why Join CelLink Be part of a fast‑growing advanced manufacturing company Opportunity to grow into Supervisor roles as we scale Work in a collaborative, team‑driven environment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We believe diversity and inclusion among our teammates are essential to our success.
