Spoke's print-on-demand solutions and premium product assortment are standing by to help expand your inventory and fulfill your event and gifting needs!The Production Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of their production department in an effort to optimize labor, material and time, while ensuring the highest levels of product quality and workplace safety.Direct and oversee the flow of work on the production floor.Balance the labor in the production department to the capacity demanded of each individual area.Continuously improve the efficiencies, effectiveness, and quality standards of the production area.Monitor departmental and individual performance and provide appropriate feedback, encouragement, and discipline when necessary in order to facilitate department improvements.Manage employee relations by interviewing, hiring, monitoring absenteeism, tardiness, time cards, etc.Provide technical support when needed and positive encouragement to the staff at all times.Train new and existing staff in order to be proficient in all areas of packing and unpacking and work order printing.Monitor and improve staff morale through positive example and a solution-oriented approach toward problem solving.Other cross-functional tasks as assigned by Manager.General computer skills.Ability to handle multiple task and priorities.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Attention to detail and follow up.Must be able to work well independently or with others.Ability to professionally communicate using both verbal and written skills.High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years supervisory experience requiredPrevious experience in a production environmentPCNA is an equal opportunity employer.
