Remote CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER (M/W/D)

Deine Aufgaben
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:
- Du kümmerst Dich eigenverantwortlich um die Abwicklung unserer Kundenbestellungen von der Anfrage über die Lieferung bis hin zum Zahlungseingang
- Du führst eigenständig Produktrecherchen durch und erstellst Angebote für Kunden
- Du unterstützt bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden und der Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen
- Du pflegst Beziehungen mit Key Accounts und unterstützt bei der Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen
- Du unterstützt das Controlling und Reporting der Sales Aktivitäten

- Du hast Erfahrung im Umfeld Vertrieb / Sales, (Neu-) Geschäftsentwicklung, E-Commerce, B2B, Kundenbeziehungen o. ä.
- Du hast Lust, gemeinsam mit dem Rest des Teams jeden Tag ganz nah am Kunden den Unterschied zu machen
- Du gehst Problemen gewissenhaft auf den Grund und zeigst hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein bei der Erfüllung Deiner Aufgaben
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, neugierig und gehst mit Spaß an die Arbeit
- Du schätzt eigenverantwortliches, flexibles Arbeiten und bist technik-affin
- Du hast Lust, Teil unserer Unternehmensgeschichte zu werden!
