This role leads theendtoenddesign, development, and delivery of scalable,highperformancesoftware solutions. It partners closely with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements intowell architectedtechnical solutions whilemaintaininghigh standardsof code quality, performance, and reliability. The role also provides technical mentorship, contributes to architectural direction and roadmap planning, and drives continuous improvement through modern development practices, tooling, and emerging technologies.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Define and drive architectural visionfor large-scale, distributed systems across multiple products and platforms

• Lead theend-to-end delivery of complex, mission-critical initiatives, from concept through deployment and optimization

• Partner with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and engineering teams to aligntechnical strategy with business objectives

• Establish and enforceengineering standards, architectural patterns, and best practicesacross teams

• Serve as atechnical escalation pointfor the most complex system design challenges and production issues

• Mentor and develop senior and junior engineers,scaling technical leadership across the organization

• Drivecross-team collaborationto ensure cohesive system design and seamless integration across platforms

• Evaluate and introduceemerging technologies, frameworks, and toolsto enhance scalability, performance, and developer productivity

• LeadAI-first engineering initiatives, embedding AI-assisted development practices into the software lifecycle

• Influence andoptimizedevelopment processes, DevOps maturity, and CI/CD frameworks

Required Experience

• Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience building and deliveringenterprise-grade, distributed systems

• Proventrack recordofleading large-scale technical initiativeswith significant business impact

• Deepexpertisein at least one primary language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript) with polyglot capability

• Advanced knowledge ofsoftware architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven systems, and domain-driven design

• Strong experience withcloud-native architectures(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

• Expertisewith relational and NoSQL databases andlarge-scale data system design

• Deep understanding ofDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability

• Exceptionalproblem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementskills
