The organization is seeking a

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician

to join its expanding outpatient primary care team in the Renton area. This full-time, permanent role is fully outpatient, offering a stable schedule, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships. . Essential Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients

Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease

Conduct preventive screenings, wellness exams, and follow-up care

Diagnose and treat acute conditions and coordinate specialty referrals

Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR

Participate in team-based care, quality improvement, and population health initiatives

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Training: Completion of an Internal Medicine residency

Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Licensure: Eligible for Washington state medical license

Experience: All experience levels considered;

new graduates welcome

Skills: Strong clinical judgment and patient communication
