Job Description

In this Building and Construction Project Manager - Buffalo role, you will:

Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution
Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams for seamless delivery
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
Track costs, manage change orders, and provide regular reporting
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Building and Construction Project Manager - Buffalo candidate will bring:

5+ years of experience as a project manager in construction
Strong background in commercial Building and Construction
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong financial and organizational acumen
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, etc.)
Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
