Quality Control - Player Development

Job Overview Rutgers University Athletics is seeking a Quality Control - Player Development position to support the coaching of football student‑athletes. The role is located within the Athletics - Football department. Responsibilities Assist with providing tactical and technical on‑field instruction to student‑athletes. Assist with practice activities and drills. Assist with film breakdown and analysis. Assist with on‑campus recruiting activities. Teach student‑athletes time management and goal setting. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. At least two years of experience coaching and/or playing college football. Knowledge of Big Ten Football Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Computer literacy. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required. Equipment Utilized Computer, iPad, Microsoft Office. Catapult Thunder, Pro Football Focus, Good Notes. University vehicles for driving. Special Conditions Safe driving record.
