You will have the flexibility to choose your own hours between Monday and Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions in a clinical atmosphere.Establish individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic methods such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modern equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.Continuously monitor and document patient treatments, responses, and progress, ensuring precise updates in medical records.Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress, redefining goals to align with individual recovery timelines.Recommend and fit patients with assistive devices encouraging self-care and mobility, ensuring patients are educated on their proper use.Provide training to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy practices and adaptive modalities to maximize patient independence.Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy through workshops, professional publications, and active participation in professional societies.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clients range from pediatric to geriatric populations presenting a spectrum of orthopedic conditions.
