Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with TruBridge is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - North Valley Hospital.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Required Skills/Experience: Need PFT experience.

Unit Details: Only respiratory therapist in house; census dependent. Treats infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Covers inpatient, outpatient, and ER settings; Pulmonary Function Tests 2 days per week (3-4 patients). Performs ABGs, 12 Lead EKGs, all therapies, and device management. Respiratory therapist intubates and manages all airways and ventilators; stabilizes and transports out. Uses Evident. Equipment includes Bella Vista 1000 and Triology 202 vents, Fisher Paykel humidifiers, Panda Model 1502 infant warmer, NDD Easy One Pro PFT system, and various oximeters. No hospitalist or intensivist in house.

Shift & Scheduling: M-F 730-4 On-call 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Call response time: 20 mins. Rotating block schedule (rotating weekends) with the usual 12-hour hospital shift and rotating call.

Floating Requirements: Float to inpatient, outpatient, and ER; Pulmonary Function Tests 2 days per week (3-4 patients); LTC.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years
