About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to serve as a strategic leader with a focus on demand, marketing operations, and client retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving increased acquisition and growth across the client base by leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This includes the ideation, planning, and execution of campaign strategies, as well as analysis and reporting to ensure ROI and efficiency. The role also involves leading a team of marketing professionals, coaching and inspiring them to align their work with the business goals of the company, and collaborating with sales leadership to establish process alignment. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of B2B demand generation experience, and a minimum of 7 years in a management role. Strong experience with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, and account-based technology is essential, as is a deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of success in supporting or collaborating with enterprise-level sales and marketing teams, and experience in integrating AI into marketing strategies is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to sales, a strong manager, and a natural leader with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
