Automotive Parts Driver $20.00 - $22.00 per Hour + Weekly Pay + Comprehensive Benefits (Wage is comprised of base salary and % of department profit to be determined as part of pay plan). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, ect. We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focused team members who will help us redefine the car-buying experience. The Parts Driver is responsiblefor selecting, verifying and delivering parts to customers and/or other dealerships in the general prescribed market area of the local parts departments. Assist all customers and associates in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Checks with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people, or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last minute pick-ups or deliveries Pick up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and/or vendors Pulls and fills orders from stock, as directed Ensure that parts to be delivered matches invoice, verify that invoice matches PO (purchase order) for each pick-up Secure and unload parts truck each night Assist with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts Maintain a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork and delivery schedule Must be able to lift up to and over 50 pounds Experience with automotive parts or military equivalent experience is a plus but not required Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age Must have a valid Driver's License Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test) Company Benefits: Pay and Recognition: Weekly pay Paid holidays & paid time off Paid training Stock Awards (select management and front-line team members eligible ) Insurance / Retirement: Insurance: medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity plans Up to 12 weeks paid pregnancy leave (disability leave) Health savings Flex spending accounts (tax-free) Short-term and Long-term disability plans Life Insurance (Whole Life and Term) 401k with company match Pet Insurance Learning, Tuition Assistance and Career Development: Digital career path tool to assist with career development Continuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management System Professional growth and development opportunities.
