Primary Care Physician

Role: Primary Care Physician responsible for delivering equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a neighborhood primary care setting. Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care within local clinics Overseeing primary care services and prescribing medications Maintaining Electronic Medical Records and collaborating with leadership to meet quality goals Working with practice managers to lead care teams Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) graduate Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration US work authorization Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with older populations, value-based care, outpatient primary care, bilingual in Spanish Key Details Full-time role with approximately 40 hours weekly Competitive salary range based on experience and location Benefits include medical plans, 401(k), stock purchase, wellness programs, paid time off, flexible schedules, and more Join a team dedicated to improving health outcomes, fostering an inclusive environment, and providing exceptional patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
