UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Experience

We are designing the experiences that power Amazon's worldwide delivery network-enabling the delivery of billions of packages to customers in record speeds, and providing for a safe, efficient, and rewarding work experience for millions of people. The impact here is palpable. Every Amazon package you see on every doorstep - you are part of that. The systems you design touch every mile of the journey, from the moment an order leaves a fulfillment center to the moment it arrives at a customer's door. You will see your impact in the real world, every single day. Our design team sits at the intersection of complex operational systems and human-centered thinking - making the invisible infrastructure that moves everything work better for everyone. You are joining a team with a unified vision. Every designer here contributes to the same mission: building world-class experiences that make Amazon's delivery network safer, faster, and more rewarding for the people who power it. To succeed, you must be genuinely curious about how delivery operations work on the ground. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, and designers across the organization to translate field insights into clear, usable designs that operators actually rely on. You'll explore and integrate AI throughout your work, surfacing the right signal at the right moment, to unlock innovation in your designs and product features. Join us in making complex decisions feel simple for the people who keep Amazon's delivery network moving.
