IT Infrastructure Engineer

The Infrastructure Engineer is a team member responsible for translating technical or architecture requirements into solutions. This includes supporting the transformation of the platforms with particular focus on product and ITIL service management, 24X7 availability, deployment services, software/hardware management, endpoint management, business continuity, high-quality end user experience, information security, and cost effectiveness. You will be the go-to expert for Endpoint-related matters, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role reports to the EUCEE Leader.The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record of leading and deploying endpoint solutions in a large global, or multi-regional organization. The candidate needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly matrixed environment. This includes working with ambiguity, creating operational maturity vs. having it already in place, and have successful experience managing operations and hiring and developing talent.As a Connector they contribute by:Collaborate closely with various product and service delivery teams to ensure that the right solution is built and that it is built as intended, that all service levels are met and that customer expectations are exceeded.Foster strong relationships with business units and stakeholders to deliver products/services that support business goalsWorking in a team with a DevOps mindsetInspiring colleagues to achieve at a high level, push teams to deliver great results, and hold an optimistic attitudeShowing a passion for learning and developing skills, trying new technologies, and embracing the full stack engineer mindsetAs a Navigator they aid the success of business focused IT solutions by:Having an ability to participate in or conduct solution or infrastructure reviews and recommend development best practicesWorking closely with IT consumers to identify their needs and align product and services accordingly. Develop and maintain a service strategy that supports business goals.Being curious and asking questions to drive out the best possible outcome for users of their product or servicesAs an Orchestrator they orchestrate capabilities to drive value from their product or services by:Assisting with any part of the tech stack where neededDemonstrating desire to improve all aspects of the product, both technical and processesDelivering outstanding results for our customers by creating systems to meet business needs in a scalable, reliable, and secure mannerPosition Requirements & Critical Experience – What You will Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years with proven experience in endpoint system administration and engineering. Experience with deployment, configuration and security technologies (MDM, InTune, Taninum, SSCM). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
