Senior Procurement Leader - Enterprise Services (Hybrid)

RTX is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Procurement to lead a distributed, hybrid team across software, hardware, and services. You will manage internal stakeholder relationships, ensure policy compliance, and drive value through strategic sourcing and contract negotiations. This role requires US citizenship, deep experience in USG procurement (FAR/DFARS), and a track record of change leadership and KPI-driven performance.
