Shifts: 2nd shift to start, could change to 3rd shift (2PM-10:30PM & 10PM-6:30AM) working 6-7 days a week, weekends + OT expected
Saturdays will be required. As of now, there are 2 weeks on working Saturdays, and 1 week off on working Saturdays.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible to Manage daily plant floor requests to support high level problem solving and develop quick containment action with robust long-term corrective actions. Present the teams with clear problem definition and technical guidance on complex problems. Support the plant in monitoring execution and compliance to the global quality requirements and GMS processes. Manage projects as requested by plant leadership. In this position you will be supporting an off shift, you will need to be able to work autonomously, with occasional guidance from supervision.
