Quality Control Technician

Location: Bridgeton, MO

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $21.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $21.55/hour (includes shift differential)

What You'll Do

• Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Conduct quality testing and document results accurately
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
• Identify and report quality concerns or product deviations
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions when needed
• Maintain detailed records and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures
• Work closely with production teams to maintain product quality and consistency

What We're Looking For

• Previous quality control, quality assurance, laboratory, or food manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety practices, and quality systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
