Kforce's client in Miami, FL is seeking an IT Support Operations Manager. Summary: We're seeking an experienced IT Support Operations Manager to lead a nationally distributed support organization. This role combines IT service management, operational leadership, analytics, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a distributed IT support organization
- Analyze ITSM/ticketing data, trends, and service metrics
- Identify operational gaps and develop policies and processes to improve performance
- Manage escalations and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate trends and recommendations to leadership
- Support Microsoft, Azure, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Strong ITSM/service delivery experience
- IT support leadership or strong team lead experience
- Proven experience using ticketing data to drive measurable process improvements
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Azure, Microsoft, and hybrid infrastructure knowledge
- Healthcare/HIPAA experience preferred, but not required
