What You’ll Be Doing As a CNC Machinist, you will program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to manufacture high-precision products with minimal supervision. Machining & Programming: Program CNC software, interpret G-code, and operate 3 and 5-axis CNC machinery to execute precise production. Blueprint Reading: Read technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure finished products meet exact specifications. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose equipment issues, adjust machine settings, and optimize production performance. Quality Assurance: Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to inspect parts and ensure strict quality compliance. What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven hands‑on experience as a CNC Machinist in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or precision production environment. Technical Skills: Ability to program software, interpret G-code, and operate 3‑axis and 5‑axis machines. Tools & Inspection: High proficiency with manual tools and precision measuring devices (calipers, tape measures, etc.). Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
