OhioHealth is seeking a compassionate Pre-Op Staff RN to provide safe, patient-centered care before surgical and procedural interventions. In this role, you will complete preoperative assessments, review medical histories, reconcile medications, initiate IVs, provide patient and family education, and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary team members. You’ll monitor patient status, advocate for safety, and ensure readiness for surgery while documenting accurately in the EMR.
