Dental Schedule Coordinator

Manage all aspects of dental reception, serving as the first point of contact for patients.
Optimize patient flow through strategic scheduling of appointments.
Handle all aspects of scheduling, including new patient appointments, re-care, and multiple procedures.
Conduct comprehensive insurance eligibility and benefits verification via online portals, payer websites, and electronic systems.
Masterfully address patient questions regarding scheduling, treatment plans, and financial solutions with poise and tact.
Process patient collections and manage billing inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records in a chartless, digital environment.
Perform diligent follow-ups for re-care and missed appointments.
Embrace training opportunities to enhance proficiency with digital technology and office systems.
Execute daily tasks with a systematic and detailed-oriented approach.

full-time $22 - $28 per hour

Monday - Thursday: 7 AM – 4 PM

Prior dental office scheduling experience.
Proficiency with digital technology and ability to work in a chartless environment.
Strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and punctuality.
Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks.
Excellent communication and customer inquiry handling skills.
Ability to masterfully address patient questions with poise and tact.
Commitment to our "patients first" philosophy.
Openness to training and continuous learning.

1-2 years of dental assisting background is a significant plus.
Experience utilizing XLDent and DentalXChange software.
Proven ability to provide creative scheduling options and financial solutions for patients.
Experience with comprehensive health insurance verification processes (via online portals, payer websites, electronic systems, and fax).
Demonstrated ability to achieve workplace goals independently and as part of a team.
