Able to manage material flow in a busy yard. Keep things moving with precision and confidence. Lead Hands & Yard Supervisors Know how to manage people and metal. Understand production flow, safety, and accountability. Ready to grow with a company that values leadership. What You'll Be Responsible For Sort and grade materials: Know your metals (or be willing to learn fast). Load and unload materials: Use your hands, forklifts, or other machinery. Support yard operations: Keep things moving, organized, and safe. Work with customers: Assist with weigh-ins, provide quotes, and offer service. Maintain cleanliness and safety: A tidy yard is a productive yard. Here's How We Take Care of Our Scrap Yard Team Pay: $16-$30 per hour, depending on experience and role.
