Automotive Title Clerk

Location: Nyack, NY
Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Land Rover Nyack is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our dealership team. The Title Clerk will be responsible for ensuring vehicle title and registration paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the dealership's administrative and accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities

• Process and maintain vehicle title and registration paperwork with the New York State DMV .
• Prepare, review, and submit DMV-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete daily bank deposits and ensure deposit documentation is accurate.
• Scan and electronically file completed vehicle deals and related documentation.
• Review deal jackets and paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding title, registration, and deal paperwork.
• Follow dealership procedures and applicable DMV and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other administrative duties related to vehicle title and deal processing as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership, title, DMV, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and financial documentation responsibly.
• Comfortable working with computers, scanning systems, and electronic filing.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

The posted compensation range represents the hourly rate Land Rover Nyack believes in good faith it is willing to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within the range may depend on relevant qualifications and experience.
