Here is your chance to join the Crown Beverage Division.Duties and Responsibilities:Provides technical support by training and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing personnel. Ensures that all department safety practices are followed. Maintained good employee relations.Interprets operational manuals, manufacturer's specifications, blueprints and schematics for manufacturing.Provides guidance and shares knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, machining and fabrication.Assigns and supervisors daily work schedule of all department personnel.Manages and initiates PM program and track resultsManages procurement activity of repair and maintenance goods and servicesDirectly supervise all employees in overhaul department. Responsible for training, planning, assigning, checking and directing work; Appraising performance, addressing complaints, resolving problems; establishing standards of performance;Provides on and off-hour emergency response including; equipment repair, damage control, and assignment of support personnel as neededResponsible for maintaining quality standardsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, etc.Keeps area safe, clean and organizedPerform other related duties as requiredQualifications:2-4 years' knowledge of manufacturing methods and techniques. Background in recognized trade. Minimum 5-7 years of work-related experience.High school diploma or equivalent experience.Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Ability to understand and speak basic English.
