  We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event planning and coordination. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences and product launches to social gatherings and community events. 

  Responsibilities
• • Assist in planning and coordinating all logistical aspects of events from inception to completion
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate event setup and breakdown activities
  • Manage event registration processes and attendee communications
  • Support the preparation and distribution of event materials and promotional content

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus
