The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including nights and holidays. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year specifically in the ER. A current RN license is mandatory, along with certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS or ENPC. Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
