We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team, specializing in building displays by interpreting blueprints. This role requires expertise with tools such as table saws, power tools, and regular hand tools.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from blueprints to build various display structures for events
- Operate and maintain tools, including table saws, power tools, and hand tools.
- Ensure all displays are constructed to high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Perform measurements and calculations to ensure precise cuts and assembly.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to completed displays.
- Proven experience in carpentry work, particularly in building displays.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Skilled in operating a variety of tools including table saws, power tools, and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
- Must adhere to safety guidelines and practices.
- Pay range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
